The studios are built on one hectare of land on the edge of the town of Coín, and are surrounded by gardens.

The main building occupies 1500 sq. metres, with a sound stage measuring 600 sq. metres and a height of 12 metres. An additional general purpose building occupies 1000 sq. metres, with a sound stage measuring 500 sq. metres and a height of 6 metres.
